Learning And Career Development:

River Walk Executive Search will provide you with sales training programs geared to the executive search industry, based upon more than 40 years of recruiting experience, but designed specifically for beginners. From your first day, you will work side-by-side with many of the top recruiters in the country and within the first few weeks you will be trained on the complexities of the industry, as well as the intricacies of your given industry marketplace. We will teach you to:

What You Can Expect To Earn:

River Walk Executive Search compensation plans include a top-notch benefits plan, base salary, aggressive commission and bonus package, as well as incentive trips to luxury destinations, promotional contests, and other incentives. Most likely, you will begin your career with River Walk Executive Search as a Project Coordinator, where you will learn the business from the ground up. After about one year, you can be assigned as an Account Executive, where on average, an Account Executive can earn from $40,000- $70,000 in their first full year, but there is no limit on your earning potential or success! It all comes down to your abilities and willingness to put in the time and effort necessary to achieve your goals.
