In his role, Dan is responsible for all operational aspects of the business, including new business development and staff recruitment. Additionally, he leads the organization toward its growth objectives.

Dan held various senior sales positions during his 24 year career with Unilever, prior to starting River Walk Search Group. They include Customer Marketing Director for both the Ice Cream Division and the Fabric Conditioner Category. While highly successful in Sales and Marketing, he also has extensive cross-functional experience in Operations, IT, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Finance, and Accounting. He is most proud of creating ‘winning’ cultures through the recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining of outstanding talent.
