Regional Sales Manager - CPG - West-Supermarket
This is a home-based role, with required travel to supermarket and wholesale headquarter locations throughout the SW US.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

RSM in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales for specific direct and indirect Northeast convenience store customers.

Provides day-to-day operations of the West sales team, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.

Analyze sales data to determine business growth potential.

Develop and improves business relations with West/SW customers.

Establish and target new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.

Responsible for Forecasting and Financial Planning execution and management of specific trade budgets.

Manage trade spending budgets while identifying areas to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales capacity within the Grocery Channel within CPG environment.
- Strong motivational, analytic, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
- Travel Up to 50% domestic
